    2. Assume full responsibility for your actions during training sessions.

    3. Follow all federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, transport, and use of firearms.

    4. Verify your eligibility to possess firearms under all applicable laws before making a purchase or booking training.

  5. Pricing and Availability:  All prices on the Website are subject to change without notice. MD HQL Training LLC is not responsible for pricing errors. Availability of products and training slots may change, and we do not guarantee the availability of any specific item or session.

  6. Privacy: Any personal information provided through the Website is governed by the MD HQL Training LLC Privacy Policy.

  7. Export Policy:  Products displayed on the Website are strictly prohibited from export without the express written approval of MD HQL Training LLC and all required licenses from the U.S. Department of State or Department of Commerce.

Limitation of Liability:  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, MD HQL TRAINING LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING, OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.

Indemnification:  You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MD HQL Training LLC, its owners, instructors, and agents from any and all claims, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your failure to comply with these terms or your use of the Website/Services.

  12. Attorney Fees:  In the event it becomes necessary for MD HQL Training LLC to enforce these terms or defend itself against claims arising from your use of the Website, you agree that MD HQL Training LLC shall be entitled to recover its attorney’s fees and costs of litigation.

  13.  Jurisdiction:  These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action shall lie solely in the appropriate courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.

  14. General:  These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and MD HQL Training LLC. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to act with respect to a breach shall not constitute a waiver of our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
